I'm probably gonna get a dig cam for christmas...I don't know a whole lot about specifc brands, models, and what not...If anybody has any good info or suggestions, that'd be great...possibly good sites that have reviews, comparisons, specs...whatever....I guess a ballpark price would be around 200, 300 very max

Meh...I've heard that pretty much anything above 3 megapixels is either unnoticeable...or so insignificant that it's not worth going w/ a 5MP cam over a 3 simply bc of that alone...

pic quality is definitely very important for me, bc every now and then i know the photographer in me comes out and i wanna take some nice shots, but all in all...i don't need jaw-dropping quality...

and just from the little i've read/heard, 3MP is sufficient

I'd go with a 4.0+ megapixel, 6+ digital and optical zoom... I just got a Sony Cybershot for my mom for Christmas, I'll tell you how it works once Christmas comes along :D

All I have is a 9 dollar web cam. And some disposable cams lol.

See some of those pics have great 'pixel value' or whatever you want to call it... they look good.

But there's something I can't really get over and that's the contrast... the lighthing is weird..

Disposable cameras do it for me right now.

Beagles are my fav, they look so cute, the real puppy-dog-eyes, kills me everytime.

Once we get our own place, Doug's getting a Wolf, and I'm getting a Beagle... If that wolf lays one paw on him.......... :ph34r:
