Bluetooth GPS? Maps?

Anyone use a bluetooth GPS? If so, what kind? Do you like it?
Also, map programs: Which one? Is it worth a cra.....hoot?
Any other relevant info you could enlighten me with would be greatly appreciated too!

I recently bought an iPaq h6315 PDA/Cellphone ( A refurb from TigerDirect)
It is bluetooth enabled so I thought I'd start shopping GPS and Mapping software before hurricane season. That way I'd be ready for an evacuation and hopefully not get stuck on the Freeway(turned parking lot) again.

The 6315 rocks.

Unfortunately I haven't used the GPS feature.

If the US has them, look into the TomTom Go 500. It's easy to use and very reliable.
