Side bar is back...

I couldn't find a recent topics mod that did everything I wanted, so I built my own (Note: this is only on the light skin at the moment. I will be porting it to the dark skin this evening). Hope you guys like it. There is work being done on new logo backgrounds. Hopefully we will have something up soon. If you have any other suggestions to make the place better let me know.
